Representative Coghill moved and asked unanimous consent that the                                   
House consider the Senate message (page 3715) on the following:                                     
                                                                                                    
     CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 218(FIN)                                                                 
     "An Act relating to cost recovery fisheries for private nonprofit                              
     hatchery facilities."

amendment to CSHB 218(FIN), thus adopting SCS CSHB 218(FIN),
